The final decision matrix yielded the highest score for the trash picking robot. We used a list of multiple criteria, explained in the PDF, that helped us arrive at that solution. It had a much higher score than the others, making it clear to us it was a good idea. The use of the decision matrix helped us figure out which criteria were also most important to consider when this robot is to actually be put out to complete its job.
